After a hard day’s work in the office, you realize you still have an appointment later in the night when you’d rather be at home sleeping. Why not do away with these hassles for a change and see how it changes your life?
Ditch the date. Don’t say yes to date when you’d rather say no. Delaying rejection is far worse than just saying no the first time. That way, the guy can move on to finding someone else, and you can too. Some girls go on dates just for the sake of dating, but why date someone you’d rather be friends with?
Don’t overdo shopping. Shopping can be a stress-reliever, but not when it feels like a chore. When buying your groceries, you stick to what you know. Don’t buy something that’s difficult to cook when you know you can’t even fry an egg. It’s just going to make your kitchen messier than it already is. Same with getting a new outfit. Buying more clothes than what you actually need means you have more to wash and dry clean, not to mention a more cramped closet.
Plan your schedule. Even meeting up with your friends can tire you up if it’s at the wrong time. Weekends are usually the best time to meet up with your pals. This means you don’t have to watch how many beers you’ve had in fear of oversleeping the next day. Spending quality time with friends and family is just what you need in a whole week of work and stress.
Forcing more activities than what you can handle in a day will only produce heavier eye bags in the morning. Allocate your work for the week so you will still have time to enjoy things that really matter.
