Here’s a break from all the serious and streamlining how-tos, tips, tweaks and downloads here on LifeSpy. I should’ve featured one a month ago during April Fools only that I got this neat freeware prank app from a friend just recently. Yup, you read me – prank. Boys will be boys.
Add/Remove v1.00 is a prank software that “removes” all of the software installed in your PC. It somehow looks believable since it really does list all of installed apps in your system. It funnels the process to have the user click on the OK button and start the removal process. Watch in horror as it “deletes” all the stuff in your system.
While it works from Windows 95 to Vista (wow!), it uses the dated Windows 98 Add/Remove programs interface that a veteran Windows user will definitely notice. But I ran it and had second thoughts that I had to double-check that it did nothing to my system. Yeah, paranoid little me.
