I’ve had my fair share of coding web pages from CSS to the xHTML. It’s tough, especially when you’re a hardcore nut who refuses to use WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editors like Dreamweaver. Just a text editor and Firefox, baby!
While, being that old school has its satisfactions, it does also help if you have a good set of tools that you can use for studies and validation. And that’s what makes Firefox oh-so-lovable in my book. ‘Cause it does. Well, not on its own but it has this particular add-on - Web Developer.
From the same guy who gave us User Agent Switcher, Chris Pederick, comes this awesome toolbar add-on that gives you a wide range of web developer tools right into Firefox. Here’s a summary of it’s features:
If you want to do some research on some site designs, you can readily access the HTML source and the CSS. Now how are those for web development tools? Wicked!
