JavaScript is nice. However, there’s a tendency for these scripts to be unresponsive at times and that’s when Firefox immediately bugs you to either continue and wait for the script to run or to just stop it. Now, many websites today run JavaScript and may not display the page properly if you “kill” the script. So to give the script just a bit more time before Firefox bugs you, here’s a little tweak.
For an add-on that provides security against malicious scripts, try NoScript.
