Ever had a problem with forums, boards, and even blog entry interfaces that have too small a text input area to type on? I have a habit of posting long-ish comments, so to me, it does. How about another add-on that lets you do just that. Here you go - Resizable Textarea.
Yet another simple yet very functional Firefox add-on. Once installed, the add-on lets you click and drag on the borders of a text input field and lets you resize it just like a normal Windows window. Horizontally, it only allows you to consume the set max div width. But vertically, it automatically adjusts everything to accommodate the resizing so everything else moves down. Still works for me as I’m more concerned about line numbers anyway.
I know those using WordPress as blogging engine allows users to set a default number of lines in the post but how about changing the size on the fly with this one.

1This is a nice idea, I think I’ll give it a go. However this makes me think it would be easy to make a wordpress plugin that uses javascript to generate a user resizable textarea. Then a blog author can give this ability to all users, regardless of browser or plugins.
