One key that defies its usual encoding behavior in Firefox is the Tab key. By default, the Tab key is a navigational key that shifts the next form field or button. It’s an issue however when you’re trying to create indentations in multi-line text areas.

Tabinta lets you insert tab characters in multi-line text input fields. The name itself is a shorthand for “Tab in Textarea”.
