Here are some nifty uses of vinegar in your garden:

  • Remove white salt build up on old clay pots
  • Kill grass in between bricks and sidewalk cracks.
  • Kill weeds
  • Ant deterrent
  • Cat (yes, feline) deterrent (if anyone knows the science behind this, please comment!)
  • Freshen newly cut flowers (2 tbsp. of vinegar + 1 tsp. of sugar + 1 quart of water)
