Prepare yourself for the scariest day (or peskiest, if you’re the neighborhood grouch) of the year! Now is the perfect time to explore the attic and once again unearth those freaky costumes you wear only once a year. Time to get creative! Transform your room into a one-time ghost town this Halloween season.
Have fun with Trick or Treat. Kids will always be kids they will always want to run about town for their Trick or Treat. These days, leaving your kids to roam around the neighborhood could be dangerous, especially with all the suspicious characters that could be lurking around. If you have time to spare, why not join your kids as they hop from house to house asking for candy bars? This could be a perfect quality time for you to have fun with your kids. Think how sad your kid will be if he didn’t get a candy bar after knocking so hard on your neighbor’s door. You have to be there to ensure his safety, and to cheer him on when the other kids are getting more candies.
Decorate your house. Try to be one with the spookiness and gather your creative materials from cardboard to paint and create some creepy crafts. Look over the internet for some DIY (do-it-yourself) Halloween decorations that shouldn’t take much of your time or money.
