Outfit 2

The second part of our creating illusions with what you wear posts. This part tackles the upper body, particularly the boobs and the shoulders. If broad shoulders and big boobs are your problem, read on.

…you have broad shoulders

Some girls have shoulders that are not in proportion to their other body parts. For example, a broader shoulder than one ought to have. What’s a girl to do? Buy a bigger size? That would fit her shoulders but not her entire figure. We give you better options.

Here are great shopping tips if you have this problem. Go for non-traditional styles such as a wrap or a tie front. These outfits emphasize your waist, therefore removing the focus from your broad shoulders, to your tiny waist.

  • Stripes are you friends. You may think horizontal stripes can add more length to your shoulders but actually they look great if you get the uniform ones.
  • Avoid: Boatnecks. These make your shoulders look as broad as the sea.

…you have a big bust

Bigger is not always better. Sometimes they’re just too big. If you have a problem with guys staring at your chest rather than your face in normal conversation, don’t worry. Let’s downsize them for a sexier you.

  • Go for V-necks. A nice V-necked top can create an illusion of a smaller bust. It shows skin so people won’t pay too much attention on the bulge. Just make sure the V doesn’t expose too much of your cleavage, or guys will still stare.
  • Drama at the waist. Accentuating your waist will give you an hourglass figure. Make sure you get the ones with the fitted waistbands so you get that coveted shape.
  • Avoid: Scoopnecks. These emphasize your chest more rather than playing them down.
