Ever got constipated? Then you’re probably lacking fiber in your diet. Not getting enough fiber increases your risk of developing cancer in your digestive track. Fiber scrubs your guts clean keeping it working fine. And that’s the bottom line. So better start taking more fiber.
An easy start is to switch from white bread to 100% whole wheat bread. If the bread’s packaging lists at least 2 grams of fiber per slice, then you that’s a good source. Here are some other natural sources of fiber:
