You may not always be using your PC or have a laptop handy. Most workaholics just can’t stop thinking about work even on a day-off or a vacation. Public terminals just come in handy. But since it’s a public terminal, you can expect to have the same functionality and the same array of suites and applications that you have on your workstation.

And probably one of the common chores that one has is to save a file as another format. Your apps may already have the “save as” function but it’s actually a conversion process. In my former work, we were required to e-mail documents as PDF files which required using Acrobat Pro.
