A lot of friends I know sing along their MP3s. Too bad, for most of them, they don’t know most of the lyrics. Hahaha. But if you want to practice your karaoke skills just from Winamp or Windows Media Player, you might want to check this plug-in out – Lyrics Plug-in.
It installs real as plug-ins into your preferred player. The plug-in then connects to online sources to retrieve lyrics and display the lyrics in your player’s window. It uses the file’s ID3 data so better make sure they’re available. (For a guide on how to organize your MP3s, check this other post.)
The plug-ins are available for Winamp and Windows Media Player (no iTunes support though). View the download details here.
