		<description>Thanks for the tips. I'd suggest people with chronic back pain look at habitual use as a primary cause. I had it for years, then recently (last few years) found tremendous help by a) re-examining how I look at the causes, and 2) re-training my body. a) was the book "Back sense," and b) was Alexander Technique.
