Mother’s Day is just around the corner, and chances are (guys…) that you haven’t given it much thought just yet. Oh know, you’re probably just planning on grabbing some flowers, or letting the kids give her stuff they made at school. Heck, you might not have thought about it at all yet…but you should.
Why?
Because she’s the mother of your kids darn it! Do something special for her. Get the kids involved…and while you’re at it, don’t forget YOUR mother either. That woman raised you for crying out loud…get her a card AT LEAST.
So…now that you’ve been throughly lashed, lets get some ideas together…
Here is a list of a few ways to find great ideas for Mother’s Day Gifts…
Google, Yahoo, you know the drill
You know that search engines are a great place to search for things, but you may not being getting the best deals you can from them. Particularly for things like Mother’s Day, it might be a good idea to take a look at those Sponsored Links you always ignore. Sponsors are looking to get your business for Mother’s Day, and they’re offering great deals on all kinds of items. Take a look at what the Sponsored Links have to offer, and see if you can save.
Cook her a Meal
Cooking “Mom” a meal on Mother’s Day is a pretty common idea, so spice it up by hitting the web and finding something different to cook that night. Mom doesn’t want meatloaf…she makes meatloaf. Now, grilled atlantic salmon, on the other hand, might be interesting if it’s not a normal dinner for the family. Check out sites like Bloggy’s own bFeedMe for great dinner ideas.
Kids + Crafts = Smiling Mom
Sites like Kaboose have great projects that kids can do for Mother’s Day to make Mom a treasure that she’ll adore forever…or at least until they forget about it and she can put it in a drawer. It’s the thought that counts anyway, and she’ll love it.
Mom + Lingerie = Smiling Dad
Show her you still think she’s sexy by getting her a private gift for Mother’s Day. You can all kinds of deals online, including at Frederick’s.
