Nope, we’re not talking about how lacy your bra should be or how sexy it looks on you. We are talking about the perfect fit. We’ve featured some measurement tips and tricks for you to find the right-size bra from way back. This time, here are a few more points toward a perfect fit. Make sure you shop for a bra that fit your twins perfectly.
The band at the bottom of your bra should be firm but comfortable. If you can’t run a finger under the band then you need to ask for a bigger size or a wider hook placement. Super tight bras can bruise this delicate part of your body.
Your bra’s center panel should lie flat against your breast bone. If it gaps away from your body then your cup size is too small for you or the panel is not big enough to accommodate the valley between your breasts.
Underwires should lie flat against your rib cage. They should be supporting your breasts and not rubbing against your armpit. If the wires poke you, you need a bigger size cup or a wireless.
Shoulder straps shouldn’t dig into your shoulders. If they do dig in, you should ask for a wider and more comfortable strap. Adjust straps so they are not falling off your shoulders or cutting into your shoulder skin.
Check your silhouette. For a balanced proportion, the bust should be midway between the top of your shoulder and the bend of your elbow.
Never wear a bra that’s too small for you just to achieve that cleavage. You’ll feel sexier if you are comfortable in your underwear. If you find a perfect fit with the perfect lace then it’s a bonus!
