Here’s how you make one.

  • For a stimulating soak, best for early morning dips in the tub, use lovage, mint, rosemary, sage, orange, pine and/or thyme.
  • For a soothing soak, best for a night dip after a tiring day at work, chamomile, sandalwood, lavander, marjoram, marigold, and/or mint.
  • For relief for aching joints and sore muscles, try sassafras, wintergreen, and/or lavander.
  • To ease stress and fatigue, plut in some pine, sage and fir soaked in a cup of cider vinegar.
  • Place them in a cloth or net bag tied with a bit of twine up top. Toss it in the water or hand at the faucet.
