
Everybody has got to love chocolate. Well, save dieters perhaps. There are so many varieties and forms of chocolate that you just have to pick your poison. One of my favorites – chocolate syrup. I used to be addicted to Hershey’s. So how about making it on your own. Making it this way even saves you around 5 cents per ounce.

1i did your recipe… but I had some problem along the way… the cocoa didn’t melt properly.. it taste grainy.. how do i rid of that problem and also… there is a bit bitterness… did i overcook or something if it taste like that?

2They key to this recipe is to use LOW heat. give the cocoa a few minutes to melt after its initial breakdown. stir continuously. when adding the sugar, ad it a little at a time, and stir until dissolved, then add more, and continue.
Mine turned out great.
