A little laundry potion can help purge stains out for a clean wash. Here’s a recipe for your own homemade laundry pretreatment.

What you need

• 1/2 cup vinegar
• 1/2 cup sudsy ammonia
• 1/2 cup laundry detergent (Wisk)
• 1/2 cup water

What to do

• Mix well in a spray bottle
• Spritz over grease or stain spots
• Wash your garment
