This is another one, in line with my post on making homemade seasoned salt. This one’s on making homemade taco seasoning.
What you need:
- 6 tsps chili of powder
- 4 1/2 tsps of cumin
- 5 tsps of paprika
- 4 tsps of onion powder
- 1/4 tsp of cayenne powder
What to do:
- Mix everything up. You might want to try using a food processor or a grinder for a fine grind.
- Store in an airtight container.
- NOTE: This recipe is twice strong as the store-bought.
You can save at least 15 cents/ounce by making it on your own.
