Yay!

I've been wondering about this, because I drink constant amounts of tea.

I make a coffee concentrate (cold water extraction) which is even more convenient than instant coffee, and keeps well in the fridge for 2 weeks.

But I drink more tea (mostly herbal) than coffee - and this process will obviate the need for keeping a huge pot of herbal tea sitting on my counter every day.

Thanks.

Thanks for this great recipe. If I wanted to add flavors like mint, or sweeteners like honey, how/when would I do that? Let me know what you think, thanks!

Thanks, Alex. For a tea addict who is always on the go like me, this is valuable information. Keep up the good work!
