Sweat

Having body odor is just unacceptable. But no matter how careful you are, you just might end up sweaty on a hot day or after some unexpected physical exertion (like changing a tire). Here are some simple reminders on how to keep smelling fresh all day

  • Take a bath or shower

Yup. Plain and simple. Plus you sweat at night. So if you’re planning to leave early for a long day, start off with a shower. You don’t want to accumulate 24 hours of sweat during the course of the day, right? You’d stink. So shower and wash and scrub.

  • Use deodorants

Underarms just produce much sweat. And because of its design, sweat tends to stay there. If you’re not careful, you just might end up with a nasty stink. So use some deodorant. Oh, and make sure they’re dry before you put on clothes. Sometimes, deodorants can stain when wet.

  • Carry a handkerchief or better facial wipes

A hanky is your best bet to wipe some sweat off your brow (and your neck and back of your ears). Better yet, carry some facial wipes. These wet mini paper towels are designed to refresh your face. It cleans your face from grime and it cools you down too.

  • Watch what you eat

Eating strong spices can affect your body chemistry. Too much spices affects your odor too.

  • Layer your scent

This is easy for men. Ever scene one of those complete grooming kits around? You can layer your scent by using these. Fragrant soaps + after shave + dabs of cologne can help you stay smelling fresh longer than spraying or dabbing cologne every five minutes or so. Women have similar product lines.
