		<description>Another way is with a terra cotta Brown Sugar Saver which you soak for about 15 minutes, pat dry, and place on the brown sugar in a sealed container.
This system makes rock hard brown sugar soft again, and is ultimately safer than using bread or apple which can eventually develop bacteria if left in the brown sugar for too long.
