The things you need:

2 chamomile tea bags
2 cups boiling water
cheesecloth

The things you need to do:

  • Boil the tea for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the tea bags and allow the tea to cool.
  • Freeze the tea in ice cube trays.
  • When ready to use, put iced tea cubes in a cheesecloth.
  • Rub around the eyelids and under the eyes.
  • Enjoy the soothing sensation.
