Baby Skin

It isn’t rare for even grown-up people to get pimples and blemishes. Stress can really be your enemy. Your skin deserves to be pampered because the stress of the daily grind can make it dry easily if you don’t care for it. Dry skin can easily lead to damaged skin. You know you have damaged your skin enough if you lose your natural glow. Small pimples may actually start to surface. Don’t wait for it to happen. Treat your skin like a baby by choosing your skin products well. Here’s how.

Moisturize. The moment it becomes cooler, your skin is more prone to dryness which can make your skin look dull and make you look older. Moisturize your skin with a creamy and soap-free cleansers and stow away your gel-based cleansers until it’s hot again.

Protect. Moisturizers should have anti-oxidants and sunblock. Intensify skin hydration by switching from lotion to a cream. You can also use a serum that has hyaluronic acid before you start your hydrating process.

Adjust. When the temperature gets hotter, your skin naturally goes through a thickening process which makes it hold on to dead skin and oil. Minimize skin applications but maintain clean skin by staying away from direct pollution. You can also try a skin peeling process.

Food for the Skin. What you eat affects your skin’s glow and radiance so watch what you eat. Increase your intake of Omega-3 fish oils and make sure you get the right vitamins and nutrition for your body. You can also use a hydrating facial masque a few times in a week so your skin can recover and stay luminous despite stress.
