How to Tone Your Legs


Been waiting to wear shorts (or miniskirts) but too shy to show your legs? If you’ve got great legs, you’ve got nothing to hide. But if you think you need to work on it, then we’ll tell you how to give your legs a great and lean shape.

Exercise 1

Stand with your weight on your heels. Hold feet apart. Slightly bend your knees. Hold back straight and keep your chin parallel to the floor. Bend knees until upper and lower legs form a 45 degree angle. Slightly lean forward, tilt pelvis up and squeeze glutes when you return to starting position. Do this in three sets of 15.

Exercise 2

Stand on a low bench. Tighten muscles around your abdomen and bend your knees. Lift your left foot a few inches off the bench. Place weight on right leg and bend right knee. Straighten and then tap toes on the bench. Switch legs as you complete sets. Do this in three sets of 15 on each side.

Exercise 3

Place both hands and knees on the floor making knees form a right angle. Keep your back and neck straight and aligned. Keep shoulders relaxed and face the floor all the time. Push right leg behind with a flexed foot. Keep glutes tight. Control your movement. Switch to left leg as you complete sets. Do three sets of 15 on each side.

Exercise 4

Stand with toes on a step with your heels hanging over edge. Keep your arms and feet parallel to the floor. Bend your knees slightly and tighten the muscles around your abdomen. Lift your heels as high as you can. Then lower heels until feet become parallel to the floor. Do this exercise in three sets of 15.

    if i run would that make an diffrence?
    i’ve started to run every morning til
    5:00am to 7:00am, it pains but i have to do it
    ive done it for the oast 2 weeks and only
    skipped 5 days…
    would i start to see an improvement soon?
