I’ve previously posted out a quick way to manage your web passwords for quick log-ins with AI Roboform. But if you’re just looking for a way to keep a catalog of your accounts and their respective passwords locally.

You can do so with Access Manager. You can organize your passwords by categories. You can also keep track of links and web pages. You can also put in notes for each of the accounts. It uses an interface like MS Outlook. You can even generate random passwords. It also allows you to print out copies your passwords. For added security, you can use a master password to protect all of your other passwords.

It’s free for personal use! It requires Microsoft .NET Framework version 2.0 installed which should be in your computer if your up-to-date with your Windows Update.
