however i will also mention if your looking this up for info on what your going to do in Basic Combat Training. *Basic training whatever you all wanna call it. If you can do the drills posted here you'll be all good. You dont really have to be in much shape to get their, they put you in shape pretty fast. forgot to mention we were doing more reps then that. i believe we had done 15pull ups at one point. and around 50 push ups, and some odd number of sit ups depending on our drill seargents we've done over 200 before. and that ya feel. If your at all like me, their was some of the work outs i really didnt wanna do everyday. cause it gets sore XD im a soft guy. and some of the Drills i took I considered more as rests rather then a work out. Because if it didnt hurt as bad as the one before, you feel really relieved when your doing it. so during each work out, Put my eyes on me in the future, what were gonna go do after the work out *Fighting, Shooting *even get to shoot a 50.cal and a SAW during basic, or my personal favorite what i was gonna eat for breakfast :D

This info is actually wrong on the cond drills. first one i didnt think was right but not 100% sure. i know those work outs we did dont remember what drill they were all in.

2nd drill consisted of pull ups, push ups, sit ups, leg lifts. and some other stuff if i recall. at least thats what we did.

For the Army pt test...thats all jacked up. the sit ups are the same for men and women at around 62 in 2 mins?

Push ups for men is 42 females is like high teens to twenties

Two mile run, the times go 15mins. 58.secs and for females the minimum is around 18mins.
