Who wants a six-pack? Everyone wants sculpted abs. From your favorite celebrities to the hottest people in your school, a six-pack is a must-have. Whether you’re a girl who wants a tummy like Britney or a guy who likes to look like a jock, a well-toned center is a sure-fire way to be hot.

Remember to do basic stretching before intense workout. And place your water and towel near your exercise area.

First Exercise. Lie on your side keeping your body in a straight line and arms folded on chest. Lift both legs off the floor, at the same time making your top elbow touch your hips. You can repeat this exercise 10 times on each side.

Second Exercise. Lie on your back and keep arms to your side, palms facing down. Extend both legs outward, heels about 2 to 3 inches from the floor. Repeat this movement 10 times or more.

Third Exercise. Lie on your back and relax your head and neck. Place both hands on each side palms facing down, and both feet flat on floor. Slowly raise your knees up toward the direction of your rib cage, contracting your abdominal muscles. Return to starting position slowly too. Repeat this movement 10 times or more.

  1. This is not true, in order to get six pack, exercise only doesn’t work…
    you need diet! and also train the abs with weights can help you.
