		<description>i think that the cause of the depression is our immaginations and evaluations for the facts in the life as the child who cries or even hits the others who touch his toys(and they are nothing for the adult).
e.g the one who lost his money or love deals with them as orders which are not had again?
so.our dealing with the life simply ,learning more from the experiences ofl ife, improve socioeconomic conditions as possible may make you get better in the future.</description>

		<description>I listed 7 things I hate about myself and 8 things I love about myself....bassically the majority of the things I hate about myself is how I act and react in public situations where I sometimes face anxiety and feel nervous. Whereas the majority of the things I listed on what I loved about myself was  how I normally act when completley relaxed which in most cases is just at home with my family. Im at the point where I want to improve in those areas and be relaxed wherever I go which I know could open so many doors and oppurtunities for me. I wish to change would be as simle as pushing a button but sense its not I will continue to trust God and put forth a concentrated effort to change for the better.</description>

		<description>I agree that sometimes we make goals for ourselves that are not realistic, or we see things in ourselves that are really not the case because it is to hard for us to see us and our faults, but if we set something as a goal and it has a physical habit then we have to set it as something we do instead of  just thinking of what we should be doing. 
 I have manic depression and it is very easy for me to say today I am going to be happy but really unless I do something that makes me happy I am probably going to have a bad day. I have to make sure that I am in control of my behaviors so that my thoughts will follow. Also do the research to see what you need to do to be successful in what it is you want. It will be different for everyone but no one can just do it over night so take that in to account and plan ahead to be a happy healthy successful person.</description>
