Kids and computers go well with each other nowadays. And many software are really designed for them featuring kid-friendly intuitive interfaces complete with bulging buttons. Anyway, here’s a paint tool that’s designed for kids – Tux Paint.
It’s got enough features to keep kids interested ages 3 and up. It has paint effects, bucket filling, text, shapes, rubber stamp, and kids can even undo (best for kids who can get frustrated real easy).
It’s even available in different languages, and platforms (Windows, Linux, and Mac OS X).
Let’s face it, MS Paint is such a bore and GIMP and Photoshop are a bit complex for a kid to use.
