Having one handy may save you from minor things like embarrassment from a minor indigestion problem or save your life. Here are some meds that you may want to consider bringing with you.

How to Pack the Medicine Kit
- For the pack, use a waterproof pack.
- Use plastic pill cases instead of glass ones.
- Pack meds in idividual zip lock cases.
- Since these medications usually get stored and rarely used, make sure you keep track of expiry dates.
Sure seems like packing everything but the proverbial kitchen sink but being prepared is always best.
