Motivator posters can try too hard at times. I often found them a bit too much when hung at workplaces. Honestly, when I see one of those on the wall of a boss’ office, it comes to me as something insecure. Haha. Especially the one with “Leadership” on it.

But don’t get me wrong, these Motivators work at times. But they’re just too cheesy for my taste. But if you’re a big Motivator poster fan, how about making your own. And we’ve got two featured sites that lets you do just that. So no fussing about using Photoshop to create one.

Well, this other one practically does the same thing, but this one comes from Despair, Inc. The same guys who strike on the opposite side and came up with Demotivator posters. So it’s built to be a Demotivator poster generator. Good for a few laughs which is actually the my preference.
