MyHeritage (still in BETA) lets you upload (or refer an image URL, or get them from Bebo or Photobucket) and cross-references your facial details and extract matches from its database. You need to register for an account to try it out.

What I really like about it is the fact that it has a really extensive database of celebrity faces. After uploading an image, you can recrop the section that will be scanned and searched. After you get the result, it even lets you see both male and female look-alikes and scroll through them based on percentage match.
