1. Buy Windows Vista
2. Buy a Flash Drive
3. Format the Flash Drive
4. Copy Windows Vista’s DVD ROM content to the Flash Drive – use this:
   command: xcopy d:\*.* /s/e/f e:\
   *Note D:\ is your DVD drive and E:\ is your Flash drive
