		<description>That's fine and all, but if I don't have my speakers all the way up I can't here the TV. When my speakers are all the way up, whatever new application I open starts at full volume and makes the walls vibrate and my family yell at me. I'd rather have the old volume mixer and simple wave and midi controls with predictable application sound levels than a per-application mixer that can't remember any settings...</description>
