		<description>That&#039;s fine and all, but if I don&#039;t have my speakers all the way up I can&#039;t here the TV. When my speakers are all the way up, whatever new application I open starts at full volume and makes the walls vibrate and my family yell at me. I&#039;d rather have the old volume mixer and simple wave and midi controls with predictable application sound levels than a per-application mixer that can&#039;t remember any settings...</description>
