When I used to work the corporate grind, I always had the excuse of “I don’t have enough time to exercise.” That was until I was bent out of shape and overweight until I tried to squeeze in at least 15 minutes of exercise daily. Here’s a video of a great 15 minute exercise routine that can be done right inside your cubicle.
