Various campaigns on how to achieve better health have been more and more aggressive simply because people are always in search for ways to add quality to their lives. The sad thing though is that your busy schedule gets in the way of your search for that quality. And so for a busy person like you, we have listed simple and practical tactics on how you can improve your life without it messing up your planner.
Try to squeeze these foods in your daily menu. Did you know that strawberries have more Vitamin C than most citrus fruits, including oranges? Vitamin C and fiber. Also, how about taking a break from your meat diet and switch to fish? You can get high levels of omega-3 from fish like a wild salmon. That’s a meal that’s good for your heart.
When stress starts to attack your back in the middle of the day, take a break and have a leisurely walk. Go to the nearest park and let the fresh breeze replace all the hot air inside you.
Give yourself more date nights in a week. How often do you go out in a weeknight? You’re entitled to enjoy the rest of the day after work and before bedtime so the next time a cute guy asks you out, say YES. Science has proven that having an active sex life makes you look and feel younger. Now isn’t that good news?
Fill your iPod only with tunes you love. Doing this will keep you in a happy mood all throughout the day. Forget songs which make you feel angry. Try tuning into songs that celebrate life instead.
Keep a personal journal. Isn’t it frustrating when you have so much to share but your friends are working late? This is where having a journal is important. Writing down your feelings can be a great stress-reliever, and it helps you express your judgments more coherently.
