Go dancing. Dancing is one of the most popular forms of exercise not only because it is entertaining, it also develops your mental and physical coordination. Dancing exercises your brain aside from your body. And keeping your brain and muscle cells active helps keep you younger.

Get more sleep. You’re body needs the time to rest and regenerate cells. Aside from that, at the deepest stage of sleep, the pituitary gland becomes the most active, releasing growth hormones. These growth hormones increase the ability of our cells to absorb nutrients and the rate at which our cells divide, facilitating growth and repair

Stand tall and sit up straight. Poor posture does NOT help in the proper growth of your bones. It also gives you back aches due to the uneven distribution of weight along your back Slouching compresses your spine and pushes your belly forward, giving you a pot belly, making you look older.

Change or improve your self-image. There is some truth in the saying: you are only as young as you feel. Your mind moves toward the goals and perspectives you create for yourself, whether positive or negative. If you think you’re never going to get thinner or that you’re aging and wasting away, that’s what you’d likely end up to be. So start thinking positive thoughts. Think of yourself as an energetic youthful person, and that’s how you’ll be.

Laugh a lot. Laughter helps reduce stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline, the excess of which can cause muscle fatigue. You not only decrease muscle fatigue when you laugh, you also get to exercise your facial muscles and boost the antibodies in your body.So when you start getting worried and stressed out, have a nice big laugh.
