Coffee Machine

Speaking of wellness, BBC posted an article about caffeine contents of coffee and tea can do people suffering from type 2 diabetes harm as it increases blood sugar levels. Four cups of joe (or their equivalent in caffeine content) can raise blood sugar levels by 8%.

This effect was shown to be strong after meals rising 9% after breakfast, 15% after lunch and 26% after dinner. So it seems that, if you’d want to start cutting back, better stick to one cup of joe in the morning and that’s about it. Quitting is highly advised by medical professionals.
