Don’t you just hate it when people lie about their age? People lie about their age for various reasons. But basically they lie about their age because they want to make people believe they’re younger than how old they actually are. But you have to take note that there will always be tell-tale signs like wrinkles and crow’s feet. Then again, healthy skin can make you look younger.
On top of everything, your skin tells everyone how old you are. That’s why you’ve been using that ointment to hide the wrinkles. It’s not the concealer that’s important, but it’s what you eat that decides how soon you’ll get wrinkles. Observe that people who age gracefully all have supple and smooth skins. Fortunately for you, with these tips you don’t have to lie anymore.
Don’t choose your food based on your taste buds. Various research have already proven that you are what you eat. You can slow your aging process if you eat foods which are good for you. It’s as old as time, and it’s been true ever since – vegetables and fruits lead the way to a youthful diet. The next time you shop, make sure you include spinach, carrots, squash, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, mangoes, papayas, oranges and grapefruits in your cart.
Just like a plant, you need plenty of water. Your body has to be constantly rehydrated for it to feel refreshed and replenished. If you’re a cola, tea, or coffee addict, don’t let it surpass your pure water consumption. Your body’s water level should always be high so your skin will be able to maintain its moisture.
Use skin products with SPF. Due to global warming and the thinning of the ozone, our sun is not as friendly anymore. When you have to go out on a very sunny day, protect yourself with an umbrella or a hat. The sun’s harmful UV rays rapidly dry up your skin.
