Don’t rely on the pills. Sometimes a pill can get too addictive and sometimes it causes more pain than relief. Taking pills affect your systems so be careful what you pop in, especially the OTC drugs. Never give yourself more than the recommended dosage because your migraine tends to become worse.
For women, menstrual period is sometimes responsible for your headaches. pregnancy and menopause also cause migraines because of hormonal fluctuation. If your headache is caused by any of these reasons, it is best to consult with a doctor to get a prescription drug.
