How does one rise out of obscurity and go straight into the spotlight? If your talent will take you nowhere near being a rockstar or if writing a bestselling novel is so beyond you, you can always start by being the center of attention whenever you can.
Without being involved in a public scandal, stand out and work your way to becoming a star!
Being popular has its downsides. Yes, you get criticized by a lot of people, sometimes a number of times in a single day. But the perks are way better. Try this simple popularity test. Do you stand out among your small group of friends? Do people remember you after meeting you? Being the popular one is not just fun, it gets you everything. It gets you opportunities and it gets you the guys.
Looking good is a top priority. Outer beauty is as important as inner beauty. You may find it superficial, but people expect you to look your best always. Star quality means you should always look good in person, and also in all your photos. If you’re not naturally photogenic, the best you can do is to find your best angle. And make sure every shot captures that angle.
Be mysterious. A common mistake of rising stars is when they allow their lives to become an open book. When you start becoming interesting, people will be asking a lot of questions about you. You can indulge your admirers by giving them a peek of what you got, but never give them the whole thing. If you don’t have any mystery left, you stop becoming interesting.
