Oh-oh… There is really no excuse on why one is unable to exercise. They key here is to find time and make time for it. However, if you really find it difficult to get your sweats on, here are a few tips of encouragement.
Wake-up early. A little sacrifice is always part of engaging in a good endeavor, and what is a better endeavor than getting yourself healthy? Even if it entails getting at least thirty minutes early for some weight lifting or a brisk walk around the neighborhood? Why yes, of course!
Join exercise clubs. Walking and running clubs, instead of the standard health clubs can be more enjoyable. You get to meet more people and the fees could be very minimal as most are non-profit in nature.
Walk. Cliché, but quite true. If you can get there with your own two legs, then why do it on four wheels? The least you can do is ride a bike instead.
Home work-outs. Buy (or download) or borrow exercise videos and “crunch your way to a tighter abs” at home. If you have the means to buy an exercise machine, then why not do it? Just make sure that it does not gather dust under the bed or in your hall closet though.
Office work-outs. There are offices that have in-house gyms. You can work out the first 30 minutes of your lunch hour before taking a healthful and light lunch. Or you can bring a change of clothes and a yoga mat (Or keep them in your locker or personal storage space) and exercise at the park across your office building.
