In hopes of achieving gorgeous pectorals and firm butt, you decided to follow your friends’ suggestions and enroll in a fitness center. After knowing what services you’re entitled to by paying a particular monthly fee, you agree that in a few months time, it’s all going to be worth it. After all, summer is coming and you won’t let yourself be the only guy who’s not wearing killer board shorts showing off those killer abs and pecs. (Mankinis are dubbed as “gross” by the ladies, brother.)
Maximize your membership advantages and make sure you really are getting what you’re paying for.
When you first meet with the fitness center sales staff or when you do some membership inquiries over the phone, you should not hesitate to ask what perks and benefits they are giving. If their discounts, freebies, programs, equipment, and facility aren’t good enough for you, you can always call the next gym. In this era of yoga, there won’t be any problem looking for alternative fitness centers.
Don’t enroll unless you’re fully satisfied with their offerings. The best way to make sure you’re updated with new perks and discounts is to have a good relationship with the staff.
When you have your free time or when you just finished your Tae Bo, make rounds to get to know you center better. You might discover that there are free basic ballet classes right after your session, a free seminar on weight control, or a badminton competition open to all! Just discovering that the classes next door are full of hot ladies in those tight gym wear might already be maximizing your membership.
