		<description>One less thing to look forward to. It's a real problem that as we age, sleep is less and not as satisfying. Reason being, sleep disturbances (either too much or too little) are associated with significant disease. Recently, the GNIF Brain Blogger reviewed the association between &lt;a href="http://brainblogger.com/2008/02/21/sleep-and-obesity-a-new-link/" rel="nofollow"&gt;sleep and obesity&lt;/a&gt;. We are just unraveling such correlations.
