We are now using Google Spreadsheets to calculate our commissions and after working with our provider (OneClick Commissions) they created an integrated app so that we could upload our Google commissions spreadsheet to their service to create and send pro statements to all of our reps and affiliates really easily. You can actually create a new spreadsheet from a template and save it to Excel, although some features are not compatible (like the Google gadgets and conditional formatting).
