Be involved. Are you bored? Sometimes the reason we’re bored and disinterested is exactly because we exclude ourselves from what’s happening around us. For once, choose to be involved in a project which you can contribute to and be passionate about it. You might find another reason to enjoy your life.

But set a goal to make yourself the best that you can be by getting all the negative feedback from people and modifying yourself so you can drop your bad habits. Choose your circle. Sometimes the problem is in your choice of peers. If your friends give you more reason to be angry at the world, how can you see the brighter side of life?
