How about:

Don’t use makeup, or if you must, then use that all-natural stuff and very little of it.

Use a filter for your shower head. City water is treated with unhealthy chemicals.

Use coconut oil all the time.

But in general, since your skin is alive and absorbs whatever you apply to it, don’t put anything on your skin that you wouldn’t put in your mouth. Stay healthy and your skin will look healthy.
