No one is born with an everlasting natural scent. When we sweat we don’t smell so nice. If you don’t do something about it, people will keep distance from you because no one likes smelly body odor. How do you keep smelling fresh every single day?
Take a bath and shower often. It probably depends on the kind and level of work you do everyday because excessive sweating makes you stink more, but nevertheless, washing yourself is a good way to wash out all the stuff that makes you smell bad. And make sure you keep your feet dry.
Some people think they don’t need to use any deodorant, but actually these products do help against body odor, especially the anti-perspirant ones. You can also shave your pits to keep the area clean because bad smell sticks to the hair.
If you sweat a lot, don’t re-use already used clothes and socks.
You may not know this, but if you sweat a lot you also have to change your bed sheets often. When it starts to smell, use a new one.
Use a cologne or a perfume that works well with your natural body smell. Don’t use anything that proves to be too strong.
