Are you stressed? Being stressed is caused by a lot of things. And although you might think work is responsible for your over-all feeling of exhaustion. Consider the other factors which might also be culprits and try to remedy them if you can.
Your living space. You’re grateful that you have a home, but you can not deny the fact that you are also affected by the mess that makes up what you call “home”. Being organized is a gift not all people have, and it takes a very long and arduous personal growth to be able to maintain a clean house. Some people just don’t have the time to clean up the clutter. Promise to yourself that you won’t shop for anything unless you dispose some of your old stuff first. Teach yourself to be a minimalist.
Ditch the coffee. You don’t need a cup to perk you up. What you need is a short exercise routine to jumpstart your day. Give yourself a ten-minute short walk around your block to prep yourself for the day’s work.
Check your schedule. Not to know your free days so you can schedule more appointment, but so you can plan a vacation. Grab your boyfriend.
Get enough sleep. Don’t take work to your home. Leave it on your desk. When you reach your house, all you have to do is relax.
Visit a nearby park. Whether to read a book or just watch the people pass by, sitting in a park relaxes your senses.
Take a day off work when you feel sick. When you feel like you can’t get up and go to work, don’t. If you feel like you’re coming down with something, get yourself checked immediately, and don’t wait for it to progress into a more serious health problem.
